An exhibit

• Staged on a base 30 cm high, painted sage green.
• Space allowed: width 240 cm, depth 120 cm, height from floor including the base 240 cm. (Please note new staging sizes)
• Background 210 cm high will be provided and painted sage green.
• Title to be stated.
• Exhibitors may provide their own drapes/backcloth/base cloth and title.
• To be staged by up to four people.
• To be viewed and judged from the front.
• To be judged using the medal award system.
• Limited to 8 exhibits.

Prizes - Medal cards will be awarded. A premium of £50 will be awarded if, in the judges' opinion, the exhibit is of sufficient merit.

An exhibit

• Staged on a round base painted in Dulux Purple Pout, diameter 122 cm, height 10 cm.
• Space allowed: width 122 cm, depth 122 cm, height optional.
• To be staged by up to two people.
• Title to be included.
• To be viewed all round and judged from the front.
• Limited to 6 exhibits.

An imposed class

• All materials, containers and mechanics will be provided, to be used at the exhibitor’s
discretion.
• Only working tools may be brought.
• Staging of this class to commence for ALL competitors on Thursday, 9 May 2024.
• Exhibits will be staged during show open hours as follows:
o Viewing, design and preparation time 10.45 am to 11.00 am.
o Exhibit staging time 11.00 am to 12.00 pm.
• Competitors will be expected to dismantle and dispose of their exhibit at close of the show.
• A special entry fee of £40 will be required for this class.
• To be viewed and judged from the front.
• Limited to 10 exhibits.

• Staged on a corrugated cylinder, diameter 36 cm, height 60 cm from ground level.
• Space allowed: diameter 40 cm, height from the top of the cylinder optional.
• Cylinder painted Dulux Fuchsia Lily.
• To be viewed and judged all round.
• Limited to 10 exhibits.

An exhibit

• Staged on a hanging grid at eye level.
• To be staged on a hanging grid, painted black, width 56 cm by length 91 cm, comprised
of 5 cm squares.
• Space allowed: width 56 cm, depth 30 cm (15 cm either side of grid), length 91 cm. The approximate height from ground to the CENTRE of grid is 137 cm.
• Viewed and judged from both sides.
• Limited to 8 exhibits.

An exhibit

• Staged on a cube width 61 cm by depth 61 cm, height 56 cm.
• Space allowed: width 100 cm, depth 100 cm, height optional.
• Cube painted black.
• To be viewed all round and judged from the front.
• Limited to 14 exhibits.

A still life exhibit

• Staged on tabling 76 cm from the floor and covered in forest green fabric. No backdrop.
• Space allowed: width 76 cm, depth 76 cm, height optional.
• To be viewed and judged from the front.
• Limited to 16 exhibits.

An exhibit: A free-hanging exhibit

• Designed to be hung from a horizontal rail (provided) approximately 2m from ground level, hook provided.
• Space allowed: width 60 cm, depth 60 cm, maximum length 100 cm.
• May be brought ready assembled.
• Artificial material may be used, natural plant material must predominate.
• To be viewed and judged all around.
• Limited to 8 exhibits.

An exhibit

• Staged using a cable reel (provided), measuring 60 cm high by 80cm diameter, standing on a square base measuring 80 cm x 80 cm x 5 cm
• Cable reel painted Dulux Moroccan Flame, square base painted black.
• Space allowed: 80 cm width x 80 cm depth, unlimited height.
• To be viewed and judged all around.
• Limited to 6 exhibits

A petite exhibit

• Staged on sage green painted blocks (measuring 25.5 cm width, 25.5 cm depth and 9.5 cm
height), on tabling 76 cm from ground level.
• Space allowed: Not to exceed 25 cm in width, depth and height. Does not apply to diagonal
measurement.
• May be brought ready assembled.
• To be viewed and judged from the front.
• Limited to 15 exhibits.
NB: an entry in this class only entitles the competitor to one complimentary ticket (Sunday only).

A miniature exhibit.

• Staged on sage green painted coasters.
• Space allowed: Not to exceed 10 cm in width, depth and height. Does not apply to diagonal measurement.
• May be brought ready assembled.
• To be viewed and judged from the front.
• Limited to 15 exhibits.
NB: an entry in this class only entitles the competitor to one complimentary ticket (Sunday only).

A craft exhibit.

• Space allowed: Not to exceed 76 cm in width and 76 cm in depth.
• To be staged on tabling 76 cm from floor and covered in green fabric with a raised base
5cm wide x 5 cm deep x 9.5cm high. Base painted in Dulux bakers Flour.
• Natural plant material to predominate.
• Artificial materials may be used to NAFAS regulations.
• May be brought ready assembled.
• Limited to 12 exhibits.
NB: an entry in this class only entitles the competitor to one complimentary ticket (Sunday only).

A craft exhibit

• Space allowed: Not to exceed 40 cm in width and 40 cm in height.
• Designed to be hung.
• To be staged at the discretion of the committee against a Dulux Luscious Lime background.
• Natural plant material to predominate.
• Artificial materials may be used.
• May be brought ready assembled.
• To be viewed and judged from the front.
• Limited to 12 exhibits.
