Positions for Motor Trade Stands

Lifestyle & Gift is an internal marquee on grass for Trade Stands wishing to have internal space. Whether selling a clothing, jewellery, gifts, art or promoting a service, this is the place for you.

Shopping@TheAvenue is a marquee that is for high quality home, gift and clothing products. Those applying to trade within Shopping@TheAvenue will go through a strict process of reviewing products and stand design before being accepted into the marquee.

The Food & Drink Area was introduced in 2023. This is an outside area where producers can sell food to take home along with foods to consume onsite for immediate consumption. The Food & Drink Area will consist of a semi-circle of stands with islands of stands in the centre. The Area will feature small marquees filled with picnic benches so visitors. Surrounding the area will be colourful festival style flags to add to the atmosphere. This area is strictly for those that make their own products using local produce in Dorset or the surrounding counties. The Show will only accept applications from those supporting British Food & Farming. Hot Food Traders selling food for immediate consumption not made by themselves must apply for a catering tender.

Locations within the Floral Pavilion or a Show Garden - internal or external. Floral Pavilion is for floral displays. The Show provides a 2.5m x 2.5m selling space alongside the booked display area. This includes 2 trestle tables, additionals must be booked in advance of the Show.

Marquee for Dorset Artisan Craft Producers. Those applying for this Marquee will go through a strict screen process. This marquee has limited space and those that apply will have an outcome in early summer 2023.
