Fine Art

Except for deep edge canvasses, artwork must be framed, strung and ready to hang on hooks provided by the show. They will be displayed on vertical boards along the side of the marquee. No clip frames. Presentation forms an integral part of the competition. Signatures will be covered during judging.
Exhibits will be judged based on composition, techniques applied and overall visual context and impact.
Paintings, classes 601 to 609 - Frame must not exceed 100cm in either direction. The artwork may be any size within the frame.
Sculpture, class 610 - Base must not exceed 60cm in either direction. No height limit.
