Covered Trade Stand

A limited number of covered spaces are available where the tentage is provided by the Association (note – no flooring or tables provided). Situated in our main tradestand area. Excludes Charities, Catering, Confectionary & Ice Cream. Electricity is available upon request (limited availability). Please note that this application form constitutes an application for a space and that payment will be due following acceptance by the Association and the issue of an invoice. Payment may then be made by card, BACS or cheque. As part of the application you will be required to upload various documents. Before completing this form please refer to the Trade Exhibitors Additional Information document in the Download Documents section for more information to assist your application. Wi-Fi is included for traders to facilitate connection of payment terminals. Whilst we will have an engineer on site in case of any issues it must be understood that the Association is not responsible for any failures of such system and that you are responsible for having appropriate equipment.
