County Craft Village (Login / Register to Submit Application)

The NEW County Craft Village aims to give small business crafters and artists the opportunity to sell / or retail a homemade or artisan product at the Nottinghamshire County Show. The space offered is inside a hall situated between the Main Ring and Pony Club competition ring. Products must be handmade, not new or pre-purchased products and there is no food or drink craft in this area. The space includes a table, chair and one entry wristband. Limited availability. Nottinghamshire and surrounding counties only.

By invitation from the Show Manager and Trade Sales Officer only. Upon application, a risk assessment and minimum £5million public liability cover is required ahead of the show.

General Trade Bookings - Open Grass Space (Login / Register to Submit Application)

From small to large businesses looking to trade at the Show we offer open grass space around the showground. Location discussed at the time of enquiry. No shelter supplied. Upon application, a risk assessment and minimum £5million public liability cover is required ahead of the show. THIS APPLICATION FORM IS NOT FOR FOOD / DRINK STANDS

Festival of Food (Login / Register to Submit Application)

(No more cake/traybake or catering vendor stands available) A specific zone for food and drink stands (selling goods to take home) with live music, a village green and traditional fete games. If you are a local producer from Nottinghamshire, please apply for a Local Producer stand. Upon application, a risk assessment and minimum £5million public liability cover is required ahead of the show.

Community Zone (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Community based activity that does not sell products / compete with catering outlets on site. Freebies, demos, have a go and visitor participation are all encouraged on these stands inside the George Stephenson Exhibition Hall
