Outside Trading Space (Login / Register to Pay Deposit)

Open Grass Space only - shelter is not provided so you will need a unit or gazebo that is secured appropriately.

John Crocker Halls (Login / Register to Pay Deposit)

3 halls with vintage exhibits, trade space and a cafe. Please be aware that these halls can be smokey during setup and breakdown.

Newark Pavilion (Login / Register to Pay Deposit)

The first hall by the Public Entrance with a cafe inside.

Lady Eastwood Centre (Login / Register to Pay Deposit)

A premium hall with trade stands, cafe and seating.

Sunday Sortout - Sunday 9 November only (Purchases open on 14/08/2026 at 09:00)

Sunday Sortout offers a trading opportunity for collectors and restorers that have accumulated items that are too good to scrap but never get around to restoring or fitting them. By bringing them to our Sunday Sortout, you could help another collector as your item may prove to be just the missing part someone is looking for.

By invitation only. An area for individuals to demonstrate and showcase Heritage and Hornby Items. No monetary exchange may take place at the show. If the intent is to sell, please discuss further with the Trade sales officer.

Catering Concessions (Login / Register to Purchase)

BY INVITATION ONLY. 6m x 3m on open grass or hard standing. Electricity is not included. Location and any queries discussed at the time of enquiry. Non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is due at the time of confirmation to secure your catering stand. Fees will be payable at the rate of 22.5% of gross turnover, less the deposit which is payable by 30th November 2026. A till receipt must be submitted at the end of the show. Sales figures may be subject to audit if you fail to do so.
