Open Grass Space only - shelter is not provided so you will need a unit or gazebo that is secured appropriately.

A premium hall with trade stands, cafe and seating.

Heritage / Complimentary Stands offered free of charge by invitation only. An area for individuals to demonstrate. No monetary exchange may take place at the show. If the intent is to sell, please discuss further with the Trade sales officer.

BY INVITATION ONLY. 6m x 3m on open grass or hard standing. Electricity is not included. Location and any queries discussed at the time of enquiry. Non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is due at the time of confirmation to secure your catering stand. Fees will be payable at the rate of 22.5% of gross turnover, less the deposit which is payable by 30th November 2024. A till receipt must be submitted at the end of the show. Sales figures may be subject to audit if you fail to do so.

Guide: Please submit an application for the appropriate pass below. 1. Goods on offer MUST be your property, used, or OLD unused items, or items made by you. 2. The following items CANNOT BE SOLD – food, drink, anything that is new, electrical items. 3. You will receive three entry wristbands. Additional wristbands are chargeable at £19.00 each. Sellers arriving on the day without pre-booking online by 01/11/2024 will be charged an additional £10.00
