New Forest & Hampshire County Show 2025

There are two stand options within our Festival of Food & Drink Marquee. The first is a stand for the promotion and sale of products to be consumed at home, with tasters being allowed. The second is to sell products for immediate on-site consumption, i.e. 'food or drink to go' and the Show reserves the right to make the final decision as to which category your product falls. Please note that the number of stands available is limited and a selection process is in place. Exhibitors must comply with current food and hygiene regulations. Exhibitors are issued with a minimum of six one admission wristbands and two trade vehicle parking passes and will have free access to the Show Wi-Fi. All stands must be manned from 8.00am - 6.30pm daily. N.B. Access for vehicles onto the Showground is closed at 7.45 am on Show days and all vehicles must be moved to the allocated trade parking area by then so the Public can safely enter the Showground.

Local Produce Market: New Forest Marque, Hampshire Fare and Hampshire Farmers Markets Members are eligible to exhibit in this fantastic area, a showcase of local produce and it also hosts a very popular Cookery Demonstration Theatre. Space is eligible to exhibitors who hand make and sell their own craft items. If your products are mass produced or imported please consider applying for the Shopping Pavilions. All craft marquees stands include exhibition space of 3m x 3m with wooden panel fence dividers between the stands and at the back which creates a defined space. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a backdrop for their stand. 3m x 3m stands within our large marquee, which is located in an excellent location. The marquee is located on grass with individual plots marked with white lines. Favoured by many smaller businesses or first time exhibitors and suitable for a wide range of products. Additional space can be ordered in increments of 3m to a maximum of 9m of frontage. Exhibitors are issued with a minimum of six one admission wristbands and two trade vehicle parking passes and free access to the Wi-Fi. All stands must be manned from 8.00am - 6.30pm daily. N.B. Favoured by many smaller businesses or first time exhibitors and suitable for a wide range of products. Additional space can be ordered in increments of 3m to a maximum of 9m. Exhibitors are issued with a minimum of six one admission tickets and two trade vehicle parking passes per unit and free access to our Wi-Fi. All stands must be manned from 8.00am - 6.30pm daily. N.B. Access for vehicles onto the Showground is closed at 7.45 am on Show days and all vehicles must be moved to the allocated trade parking area by then so the public can safely enter the Showground.

The cost of a Shedded stand includes an erected 3m x 3m marquee on the busy Northern Avenue located in blocks 13 and 15 or in block 27 on the Jubilee Avenue and an allocation of 6 one day exhibitor wristbands and two vehicle passes. There is also free access to the Show Wi-Fi. Shedded stands are an aluminium framed tent with three PVC walls and a pull across front curtain. These are an easy option if you wish to minimise set up time and effort. Can be ordered in increments of 3m to a maximum of 9m of frontage. There is also an option to book as a package which includes a 16 amp electrical connection. Banner rails and flooring available at an additional cost.

Standard, prime and ringside locations available. Prime and ringside locations are limited and incur additional rental fees but experience higher footfall. All stands come with an allocation of one day exhibitor wristbands and two vehicle passes and free access to the Show's Wi-Fi.

Prime stands carry a 15% premium over the cost of a standard stand and these corner and higher footfall areas are always popular due to their higher footfall. Limited Ringside locations are available and occupy enviable locations alongside or facing into our two main Rings. These positions incur a 25% surcharge. They are located on grass and are marked with painted white lines. Sizes start at 9m frontage x 6m of depth and increase in increments of 3m. All stands come with a minimum allocation of 6 one day exhibitor wristbands, two vehicle passes and free access to the Show's Wi-Fi.
