Outside Trading Stand (always 7.5m deep) Our outside trading areas offer the best flexibility for both small and large traders. All our standard pitches are 7.5m deep and start from 4m wide for just £120.00, so you will be sure to find a size that suits you. If you have a bespoke request of size then please contact the office to discuss as most things are possible. With up to 18,000 visitors attending the show this offers a fabulous opportunity to engage with new and current customers

An outdoor Food and Drink Zone located in the central part of the showground. The pitches are larger and traders will require their own gazebo/tentage. Show Tents can be provided on request which are erected by our professional marquee suppliers. Please contact the office for pricing and availability, Food concessions (serving for immediate consumption) will not be allowed in this area.

The 2023 Show was a huge success for the Magpie Marquee which enjoyed its biggest year yet. The Marquee allows smaller traders to attend the show in a shopping market environment. Each space will be 3m frontage x 3m deep and costs just £120.00. The Magpie Marquee is a great space providing an eclectic mix of products from all over the South West and beyond. There is always a wonderful exhibition of crafts for sale including cards, hand painted mirrors, wood craft, jewellery, beads, paintings, photographs, handmade soaps and many other delightful gifts. A true collection of Artisan products together with arts and crafts from all over the South West and we are looking forward to welcoming our exhibitors old and new to the show in 2024.

Public Caterers provide an important part of our visitors experience to the show. We pride ourselves in having a wide range of different food and drink options available to the public. A preference to south west traders using locally sourced ingredients is always our aim. This year we are also ensuring small traders are able to attend offering unique local options. Catering Concession Traders are classed as those who are offering food or drink for sale which is for immediate consumption. If you are serving sealed items for eating at home then please visit the Trade stands page. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR MOBILE BARS OR ANY TRADERS SELLING ALCHOHOL FOR IMMEDIATE CONSUMPTION. We have three nominated main bar areas and if you are interested in one of these then please contact the show office. PLEASE NOTE we have an application Deadline of 28th February 2024 or we reserve the right to close early if we are full.

The Mid Devon Show Flower & Garden Marquee is a wonderful part of the show. Always well supported by local traders and exhibitors together with our popular competitions. As you approach the marquee you will notice the outside display which will set the tone for this years theme As you enter the marquee you will be hit by the smells and bright colours of the floral displays and exhibits. Trading with the Flower & Garden Marquee is an excellent opportunity to meet current and potential customers 4m frontage x 2m deep.

Devon has plenty to offer with regard to food and drink, and The Mid Devon Show is proud to have top class producers from Devon, The South West and beyond in our Food & Drink Marquee. Our Food & Drink Marquee is always one of the most popular parts of the Show. In 2023 we had over 50 traders from all over the South West making it our biggest food area in the history of the show. We were still turning away traders despite increasing the size of the Marquee. Each pitch is 3m x 3m in size

The Mid Devon Show champions the art of traditional crafts that have been passed down through the generations of rural communities. Sadly, some of these crafts are facing extinction, but we're not giving up that easily! We believe that sharing these skills with future generations is key to keeping them alive. That's why we invite talented artisans to showcase their skills at our event completely FREE OF CHARGE. Let's keep these time-honored crafts thriving! PLEASE NOTE - Whilst selling is not encouraged in this area we understand that your products are too tempting to our visitors. If you do sell any items then we ask for a 10% donation to be pad to the show.

Say hello to the Mid Devon Show! We’ve been dazzling visitors for 31 years and show no signs of slowing down. Our 2023 show was a smash hit, drawing in folks from all over the South West and beyond. Plus, we’re proud to offer free entry to any 15-year-olds and younger which are the target audience for attractions. We can’t wait to see even more young families join in on the fun! Our Show Field attractions are the star of the show and we want you to join in on the fun! We invite all attractions to submit a tender price to be part of our spectacular event. You’re the expert on shows, so use your savvy to decide the right price. But, if you’re feeling lost, we’re happy to lend a hand. Donkey rides, climbing walls, simulators, bouncy castles, shooting ranges and Fun Fair rides are just a few of our diverse attractions.
