Members Avenue Trade Stand (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Our premium sites situated along Avenue F. Clearspan Marquees (3x3m, 5x5m, and 6x6m) and premium spaces are available for traders, selling or producing high quality goods and services. Limited availability, by selection only. Additional charge for corner sites.

Open Space Trade stand (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Areas for general trading of products or services at the show. Additional charge for corner sites.

Floral Trade Stands (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Tipple Zone Trade Stand Space (Login / Register to Submit Application)

NEW for 2024 is The Tipple Zone. Home to some of the Counties' best alcohol producers. A destination for people to stop by, grab a cold drink and enjoy the live music alongside a stage packed with alcohol producers demonstrating, sharing facts and talking about their craft. Tradestands offering: 3x3 or 6x3 Clearspan to sell sealed beverages within the Tipple Zone for people to sample and take home. NOT for on site consumption.

For those who did not make a tradestand booking but are working on a tradestand or exhibiting at the show.

Outdoor Food and Drink Catering (Purchases have closed)

A space for food and drink caterers outdoors, including catering vehicles, located on the festival green. Please see the festival map found in downloaded documents for more information on the location.

Indoor Food and Drink Hall (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Inquire to exhibit in Avon hall for the sale of food and drink. Additional charge for corner site. Catering spaces are for those selling food/drink for public consumption on site. Non-Catering spaces are for those selling food/drink for consumption off site or food related products. NEW THIS YEAR! You will be supplied with a white gazebo that includes the top cover and 1 x white back wall as part of your booking.

Indoor Shopping Hall (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Indoor shopping hall for the sale of gifts, jewellery, homeware, arts and crafts. Additional charges for corner sites. You will be provided with a shell scheme as part of your booking. Images can be found within the booking form.
