If you would like to be one of the 200 Trade stands we have at the show, this is where you book for your Outside Trade Space. An individual pitch is 3m wide x 6m deep enough for a standard gazebo and would allow for a small vehicle to be parked behind your stand. Want more? Pitches are available in large frontage sizes. Tables and chairs are available to hire. We try to position traders to an area what would suit you best, if you have a preference, let us know. We will do our best. For those that have visited before, this is known as 'Row A' alongside the bottom hedge predominantly for the Agricultural Traders exhibiting large machinery. Tickets and car passes are included with the booking, dependent on the size of pitch purchased. Each space is 15m deep. Frontage can be purchased in pitch sizes that suits you best. The Cornwall and Devon Food Marquee - will be amalgamating with the Craft Marquee this year. Please register here for a pitch. There are 19 spaces available, same as previous years, but the layout will change due to the amalgamation. For predominantly local produce, sourced and made in Cornwall or Devon. 2.3m frontage x 2.3m deep includes one table. Chairs are available to hire.1 car pass and 2 tickets included. Later entries may be omitted from the catalogue if already gone to print.

The Arts and Crafts Marquee will be amalgamating with the Cornwall and Devon Food Marquee this year. Pitch size and availability will remain as in previous years. This is where you book for our Arts and Crafts marquee. Predominantly local hand produced crafts with some local small businesses. Priority is given to Cornish Crafts. We have 29 pitches available, each 2.7m frontage x 1.8m deep. All applications are reviewed for suitability within the marquee to ensure a spread of crafts are seen. You will be advised if you are successful. Later entries may be omitted from the catalogue if already gone to print. 1 table - 1 car pass and 2 tickets are included
