2027 Devon County Show - Enjoy a Price Freeze at 2026 Published Rates. We are open for bookings from 1–31 July for returning exhibitors who want to secure their 2026 pitch. To retain the published 2026 rates and secure your pitch, a 25% deposit must be received by 31 August. The remaining balance is due by 1 April 2027. 2027 rates will apply to all bookings made from 1st September.

Agricultural Allied & Horticultural For companies allied to the agricultural industry eg. seed, fertiliser & feed merchants, forestry, stabling/horseboxes and agricultural buildings. .

Country Life A popular feature primarily for small businesses and organisations associated with the countryside and rural pursuits.

Covered bays are ideal for Exhibitors selling or promoting their goods and services and do not have an exhibition unit or marquee. 3m x 6m bay, banner rail included in cost.

All products must be made by the exhibitor and genuinely definable as craft work. Housed within a conventional Pavilion, on a grass surface. The cost includes a single electric socket per bay.

The remaining balance is due by 1 April 2027. 2027 rates will apply to all bookings made from 1st September. For the promotion of food and drink products primarily for consumption off the Showground. Preference will be given to local food producers (from Devon and the South West) and not ‘fast food sales’ exhibitors. The Show will permit a limited number of sites for ‘fast food’ (food for immediate consumption). ‘Fast food’ exhibitors will be charged a 12.5% catering premium. Sampling food is permissible at no extra charge. Exhibitors and Caterers selling or promoting alcohol are reminded that they must have a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) which must be displayed at the Show.

Set on grass and located on Avenue R between Crafts & Flowers and Country Life & Woodland. Ideal for Exhibitors selling or promoting their goods and services who do not have an exhibition unit or marquee. 5% discount when ordering two or more.

All exhibitors must present a professional website or Social Media account before an application is approved. 3m x 3m bays housed within a conventional pavilion, on wooden flooring.
