Food & Drink Pavilion

Food and Drink Pavilion For the promotion of food and drink products primarily for consumption off the Showground. Preference will be given to local food producers (from Devon and the South West) and not ‘fast food sales’ exhibitors. The Show will permit a limited number of sites for ‘fast food’ (food for immediate consumption). ‘Fast food’ exhibitors will be charged a 12.5% catering premium. Sampling food is permissible at no extra charge. Exhibitors and Caterers selling or promoting alcohol are reminded that they must have a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) which must be displayed at the Show. To secure your tradestand, a 25% deposit is required - please look out for the emailed invoice following your booking. The remaining balance is due by 1st April 2027.
