Outdoor Trade Stand Space (Login / Register to Purchase)
Booking form for outdoor trade stand space for agricultural and non-agricultural trade stands at the 2025 Caithness Show. ADMISSION TICKET ALLOCATION - Trade Stands - 1 admission ticket for every 6 metres of frontage. Please note that during the application you will need to provide a copy of your Insurance certificates where appropriate, Risk Assessment (either your own or the completed template - available in Download Documents) and a completed Exhibitor Assessment Questionnaire (also available in Download Documents).
Charity Stand (Outdoor) (Login / Register to Purchase)
Registered Charity booking form for an outdoor space at the 2025 Caithness Show. ADMISSION TICKET ALLOCATION - Charity Stands - 1 admission ticket for every 3 metres of frontage. Please note that during the application you will need to provide a copy of your Insurance certificates where appropriate, Risk Assessment (either your own or the completed template - available in Download Documents) and a completed Exhibitor Assessment Questionnaire (also available in Download Documents).
Northern Quality Produce Marquee Trade Stand (Login / Register to Purchase)
Booking form for space inside the Northern Quality Produce Marquee for food and drinks producers and craft / home produced goods and giftware. ADMISSION TICKET ALLOCATION - NQPM Exhibitors - 2 admission tickets per stand. Please note that during the application you will need to provide a copy of your Insurance certificates where appropriate, Risk Assessment (either your own or the completed template - available in Download Documents) and a completed Exhibitor Assessment Questionnaire (also available in Download Documents).
Custom Trade Stand Enquiries (Login / Register to Submit Application)
For Trade Stand holders that require to pay on invoice rather than via card payments. ADMISSION TICKET ALLOCATION - Trade Stands - 1 admission ticket for every 6 metres of frontage.
