Junior Sheep Handler

Description:

Handler 4 years old or under 19 on 1st January 2023.
It is recommended the animal is in keeping with the size and ability of the handler.
Judging Time: Approximately 15 minutes after Sheep Championship in the Native Shortwool Ring
Judging will be based upon presentation and the handlers’ capabilities, not on conformation of the Lamb.
All sheep to be handled on a halter.
Handlers must state their Date of Birth on the Entry Form. To qualify for Prize Money the lamb must be
handled by the youngster only. Rosettes and £2 will be awarded to all Exhibitors in this class.
Youngsters accompanied by an adult are allowed and welcomed and will still receive a Rosette and £2,
but do not qualify for Prize Money.
Class 300 will be split evenly on receipt of entries, if necessary.
