Show Description

1. ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVING LICENCE. No person without a valid driving licence shall drive a vehicle within the Showfield.
2. No passengers permitted unless the vehicle has a designated passenger seat.
3. All Exhibitors must provide a valid Certificate of Motor Insurance for their vehicles or a Public Liability Insurance Certificate for any stationery engines.
4. Exhibits will only be accepted from exhibitors who have returned completed entry forms along with the completed risk assessment (only one Risk Assessment required for an entry, not per vehicle) and relevant insurance certification for each vehicle.
5. One pass admits one vehicle and driver. Note that the pass does not include additional passengers in the vehicle. Any additional passengers will have to pay the show day admit fee.
6. Entry to the show ground with a vehicle requires an official ADMIT pass (issued in advance). No access will be granted without prior entry and a valid ADMIT pass. All exhibits must be on site and stationary by 10.00am on Sunday 19th July 2026. Engines that are running must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult and never be left unattended.
7. JUDGING WILL COMMENCE AT 11am – JUDGE MAY NOT MAKE THEMSELVES KNOWN TO EXHIBITORS.
8. Depending on the amount of entries, only prize winners may be asked to parade in the main ring.

Indemnity
By entering, competitors agree to waive all claims against the promoting Organisers and their Officials or for any damage to or loss of any vehicle, its parts or accessories, for any damage caused by a vehicle entrant. Competitors entering or driving a passenger taking part, shall hereby waive any right of action at Law against the Organisers and their Official Representatives or Agents with respect to these regulations or to any matter arising therefrom.
