Vintage Tractor & Machinery Display Exhibitor Declaration
By submitting this entry, you confirm that:
✅ You will comply with all Health & Safety Regulations of the Society
✅ You understand that the same rules apply on the Showground as on the Public Highway
✅ Your exhibit is covered by Third Party Motor Insurance OR Public Liability Insurance covering rally/show use, with a minimum £5,000,000 indemnity limit
✅ You will operate your exhibit responsibly and follow all instructions given by Show Officials, Stewards and Organisers
✅ No underage or unlicensed drivers/riders will operate any exhibit
Vehicle Safety Rules
Vehicles or engines must not be left running unattended
Passengers are not permitted on tractors, trailers or lorries
Vehicle movement on the Showground is restricted to:
✅ Loading and unloading
✅ Movement to and from the Main Arena parade
Acceptance of Exhibits
The organisers reserve the right to accept exhibits at their discretion, including but not limited to:
✅ Cars
✅ Commercial Vehicles
✅ Barn Engines
✅ Tractors
✅ Motor or Pedal Cycles
✅ Other Vintage Machinery
Disputes
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Event Organisers will be final
