Behaviour, Conformation & Condition Classes

SECTION RULES:
🐕 Be at ringside at least 10 mins before the section starts
🐩 Please ensure that you clean up after your dog
🐶 Please don't bring your dog if she is in season
🦮 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
🐾 Numbers in each class will be capped so book early
🏆 Judges decision is final

ON SHOW DAY:
⭐ Please check the Show Day Programme for timings
⭐ Class entry fee will rise to £2.50
⭐ Classes 2 & 3 will be split Pedigree & Non-Pedigree if there are sufficient entries

Countryside Ring
Joanne Goodwin, Cheshire Life Magazine (Judge)
Class: 1 Best Puppy under 12 Months
Description:

Open to any breed/mixed breed. Judges will be looking for puppies who look healthy and happy, with healthy coats, bright eyes and of a good weight. They will also be looking at the pups’ character and the special bond the owner has with their puppy.

Rosettes to 5th place. Winner & Reserve will go through to Best in Show.

Class: 2 Most Handsome Dog
Description:

Open to any breed/mixed breed. Judges will be looking for a male dog over the age of one year who looks healthy and happy. They will also be looking at the dogs’ character and the special bond the owner has with their dog.

This class will be split Pedigree & Non-Pedigree if there are sufficient entries.

Rosettes to 5th place. Winner & Reserve will go through to Best in Show.

Class: 3 Prettiest Bitch
Description:

Open to any breed/mixed breed. Judges will be looking for a female dog over the age of one year who looks healthy and happy. They will also be looking at the dogs’ character and the special bond the owner has with their dog.

This class will be split Pedigree & Non-Pedigree if there are sufficient entries.

Class: 4 Best Veteran (7 years & over)
Description:

Open to any breed/mixed breed. Judges will be looking for dogs (male or female) 7 years & over, who look healthy and happy for their age.

Description:

Open to any breed/mixed breed dog, male or female, with a happy nature. The judges will count the number of wags in 30 seconds.

Time to fine tune your pooches best party piece. Most impressive single trick gets the top prize! Open to any breed/mixed breed.

Doggy version of Musical Bumps. Last dog to sit when the music stops is eliminated until we get a winner! Open to any breed/mixed breed.
