Entry for Vintage Machinery at the Dorset County Show.

The Vintage Tractors will parade in the Main Ring on both days.
Steam and all other items will remain stationary throughout the Show. We do welcome working Steam Machinery.
With successful entry the Show offers you:
- One wristband to allow you entry to the Show on both days
- Overnight camping (in the campsite)
- Entry to the Members' Enclosure on Saturday evening for catering and bar
- A brass commemorative plaque for each entry
- The Joe Coleman Perpetual Challenge Trophy for the Best Turned Out Tractor
- A Trophy for the best Stationary Engine
Conditions of Entry:
- Although security is onsite 24 hours a day during the Show weekend the Society cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to an exhibit. This remains the responsibility of the owner/exhibitor
- All driveable vehicles are requested to parade in the Main Ring
- All exhibits must be in place by 6pm on Friday 2nd September and cannot be removed until after 6pm on Sunday 4th September
- All exhibits must be displayed for both days
- It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that their vehicle is secure and safe at all times - please disable the horn and ensure that the vehicle cannot be moved
- Exhibitors wishing to leave their vehicle over the weekend must check with the Section Steward before doing so and be contactable at all times
- All entrants must have full Public Liability
- No passengers may be carried on vehicles during the Main Ring Parade
- There is a limit to the number of entries which can be accepted and The Society seeks to attract a variety of exhibits with minimal duplications
- The Society reserves the right to refuse any entry
