PENS - Exhibitors may enter as many pigs as they wish but must only bring to the Show the number which can be accommodated in the pens booked. Pens are 6' x 6' and pigs should be penned accordingly.
ENTRY & PEN FEES - All fees include VAT @ 20%. The DCAA reserves the right to cancel or amalgamate any class in the event of entries being less in number than an average of four per class, or the number of different exhibitors in the section being less than three. Please note that Penning Fees will be refunded on the following basis: The cost of 3 pens will be reimbursed to exhibitors with up to 5 entries, 4 pens for up to 10 entries and 5 pens for 10+ entries at the rate of £4.75 per pen.
Please note refunds are only available for pens with pigs in e.g., kit pens do not apply. Refunds will be issued at the Show once pigs have been penned.
