4. The items must be fresh, and home baked by exhibitor.

b) Any article in colored or self-colored embroidery made in the current year.

1. This competition is to encourage growers to exhibit produce from their own kitchen garden
2. In this competition the produce should be the property of and be grown by the exhibitor.
3. Each exhibit must consist of a display of fruit and vegetables excluding potatoes.
4. Not fewer than 7 kinds
5. Not more than 10. Foliage and root growth may be trimmed for display purposes and herbs may be included
6. The veg and fruit should be displayed within area not larger than 610mm x 610mm (24”x24”) and height not exceeding 90cm (3ft)
7. However, foliage and roots may extend beyond that boundary but not rest on the show bench.
8. Marquee open from 7.30am on show morning and will be closed for judging at 10am sharp. Marquee will open to the public at 12 noon.
9. Exhibits cannot be removed before 5.00pm.

1. In this competition the produce must be the property of and be grown by the Exhibitor.
2. Each exhibit is to consist of the following: A dish of 6 potatoes of any variety. The variety to be correctly named. Each tuber should be free from skin blemishes, be true to type, and weigh approximately 6 ozs. (170g).
3. Two exhibits to qualify at each show.
4. This being a quality championship, the adjudicators will favour floury, high dry matter varieties, which are popular with the Irish customer.
5. These rules should be read in conjunction with the Irish Shows Association Rules.

7. A special qualifying class will be held at selected shows. Two exhibits may qualify for the Final, if the Judges agree that the standard is high enough.
8. An exhibitor can only qualify one exhibit for the All-Ireland final.
