Ryedale Show is a traditional agricultural show in a picturesque location with one of the highest number of livestock entries to any show in Yorkshire.
Situated near Pickering, between York and the East Coast, Ryedale Show is an annual one day event, always held on the last Tuesday in July.
There are classes for sheep, cows, pigs and goats. Small furries can enter our rabbit and cavies classes.
Our impressive number of horse competitions this year include qualifiers for the London International Horse Show.
A huge number of produce, arts, crafts and photography classes celebrate traditional skills and showcase local talent.
Children are encouraged to get involved and enter their artwork or show off their prize pets and stock in our junior classes.
Sheepdog Trials, courtesy of the Ryedale Sheepdog Association, run throughout the day on the show site.
Our Vintage Machinery Section is always well attended with some amazing restorations and classic vintage tractors.
A vast array of craft, trade and local food stalls are also there to enjoy.
Competitors entering multiple classes receive FREE ADMISSION to the show (see individual sections for details).
*This year we are encouraging everyone to pre-order their show catalogue if required, as only a limited number will be available on show day, Please see Event Extras.*
