EXHIBITOR PASSES: ARE TO BE COLLECTED IN PACKS ALONG WITH NUMBERS ON THE DAY. EMAIL WILL BE SENT OUT ONCE ENTRIES CLOSE.
WE WILL be carrying out checks when you come to collect your exhibitor packs so please ensure that you have all relevant paperwork with you (passport and vaccination certificate).
Exhibitor passes to be issued on basis of 1 horse = 2 passes, 2 horses = 3 passes, 3 horses = 4 passes etc.
Exhibitors may apply for additional passes at the discounted rate of £14.00, subject to being purchased on
or before the closing date for entries. Maximum 4 extra passes per exhibitor. All exhibitor passes are non-refundable and no refunds or replacements will be given
in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused passes
