EXHIBITOR PASSES: will be despatched no later than 26 August 2021.
Exhibitor passes to be issued on the basis of 1 pass per horse/rider combination plus one
pass for the exhibitor, to a maximum 5 passes per exhibitor. Exhibitors may apply for
additional passes at the discounted rate of £12.00, subject to being purchased on
or before the closing date for entries. Maximum 4 extra passes per exhibitor. All
exhibitor passes are non-refundable and no refunds or replacements will be given
in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused passes
