Outdoor Trade Application (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Applications for general outside trade (not food or drink). Spaces start at 3m x 6m. Scroll for options.
Shopping & Craft Marquee Application (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Spaces inside the marquee 3m frontage x 2.4m depth. Standard pitches provide trading from the front only. Corners provide front and one side trading, these are limited. Two passes are allocated per space.
Food Zone Application (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Application for food and drink related products (visitors to take home only). Spaces are 3m x 3m. x2 entry wristbands included per space. Vehicle parking is in the food zone car park.
Public Catering Concession Application - Only to be completed on instruction from the Office (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Applications for pre-agreed catering pitches. A non-returnable deposit according to pitch size is required on acceptance of the application, PLUS 20% of your takings, less the deposit post-show. The additional commission, over and above the deposit, must be paid to the Show Office no later than 1 calendar month after show day. Email info@romseyshow.co.uk if you are interested.
Countryside Application (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Countryside spaces are invite only from the Show Office - select this option if you have been requested to so do. thank you.
