This is a booking form for the Welsh Food Hall within the Pembrokeshire County Show on the 20th and 21st August 2025. All products sold must be produced in Wales. The basic rate of £220 includes the stand for both days and wifi. Electric and additional requests will be at an additional cost. We will require Public Liability Insurance, Food Standard Agency details , Type of HACCP, Personal Alcohol License (where applicable). This booking form is for accepted exhibitors only and is not to be forwarded on.

Pembrokeshire Lottery helps local businesses to create jobs in Pembrokeshire, it is a not for profit organisation and all lottery proceeds stay in the County. In the last 30 years over 500 Pembrokeshire businesses have benefited from interest free loans creating 2,328 jobs.
Food and beverage outlets who wish to retail foods for public consumption on the showground during the show period. Outlets are welcome for foods without limitation to include all foods to be consumed on the showground and includes ice cream and iced products, cooked and pre -cooked foods, confectionery, bakery, soft drinks, beverages, fruit. All Food outlets must have a 4 or 5 food grade rating and as a legal requirement in Wales display at the point of sale on both days of the Show along with county issuing the rating. Menus and tariffs to be submitted with applications and in a bilingual format. Details of the FSA/Wales order can be found in Download Documents in Trade Stands page. All traders must have public liability insurance, a copy to be submitted upon confirmation of acceptance by the Board of Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society. All sections must be filled in.
Zone A South, all trade stands have a grass base with 15m depth, Agricultural support trade and professional services. Zone A North, mostly grass base stands from 3m and up to 15m. Some availability with a hard surface and 9m depth, Local authorities, public services, education, some existing retail trade, tourist etc. Wifi & broadband please contact West Wales Systems on 01437 700701 for prices.

Funfair, Military, Wales Ambulance, Fire/ rescue Public Bar/catering and trade stands, Hard base trade stands have depth of 12m. Strictly no drilling into the tarmac runway as defined in the trade stand rules & regulations. Grass base trade stands have a depth of 15m.
