A specific zone for food and drink stands (selling sealed goods to take home) with live music, a village green and traditional fete games. No shelter supplied, it is open grass space. Upon application, a risk assessment and minimum £5million public liability cover is required ahead of the show.
A new Shopping avenue with marquees stretching from the public entrance towards the Main Ring which is by the popular food court. The marquees will be open fronted and will have dividing walls in 3m/ 6m/ 9m sections.
From small to large businesses looking to trade at the Show, we offer open grass space around the showground. Location discussed at the time of enquiry. No shelter supplied, it is open grass space. Moving to the Newark Pavilion which is situated between the Main Ring, food area and cattle section. This is inside, with one entrance/exit and a cafe. Priority will be given to businesses in surrounding counties. Products must be handmade, not new or pre-purchased products and there is no food or drink craft in this area
Offered to 2024 Midlands Machinery Show exhibitors. Priority is given to companies that exhibit machinery. By invitation only from the Show Manager or Trade Sales Officer. Upon application, a risk assessment is required and minimum £5million public liability cover ahead of the show.
Community based activity that does not sell products / compete with catering outlets on site. Freebies, demos, have a go and visitor participation are all encouraged on these stands inside the George Stephenson Exhibition Hall
Countryside Area - By invitation from the Show Manager or Trade Sales Officer only. The free space is in an interactive area where Nottinghamshire’s community groups, charities and organisations can come together and promote the good work they do, the services they offer and raising general awareness of what’s on in the County. All we ask, is that groups put on visitor friendly activities, educational and engaging displays, “have a go” opportunities and limit fund raising or sales to avoid a barrier to the publics opportunity to see the work that you do. Food or drink sold to the public to be consumed on the day of the show. Deposit will be deducted from the final fees which will be payable at the rate of 25% of gross turnover and payable by 30th May 2025. £250.00 non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation. 3 wristbands will be supplied.
