Standard, prime and ringside locations available. Prime and ringside locations are limited, are subject to additional rental charges and typically experience higher footfall. Open Space Prime stands are located on the busy Northern and Southern Avenues, both of which are hardstanding, and are charged at 15% above the equivalent standard Open Space pitch price. Limited Ringside locations are available and occupy prominent positions alongside, or facing into, our two main Rings. Ringside stands are charged at 25% above the equivalent standard Open Space pitch price. They are located on grass and are marked with painted white lines. Sizes start at 9m frontage x 6m deep and increase in increments of 3m. Exhibitors are issued with a minimum allocation of six one-day exhibitor wristbands, with additional wristbands allocated according to stand size. 3m x 3m stands within our large marquee, which is located in a prominent position within the Showground. The marquee is located on grass with individual plots marked with white lines. Favoured by many smaller businesses or first time exhibitors and suitable for a wide range of products. Additional space can be ordered in increments of 3m to a maximum of 9m of frontage. Exhibitors are issued with a minimum allocation of six one-day exhibitor wristbands, with additional wristbands allocated according to stand size. Two trade vehicle parking passes and free access to the Show's Wi‑Fi are also included. All stands must be manned from 8.00am - 6.30pm daily. N.B. Access for vehicles onto the Showground is closed at 7.45 am on Show days and all vehicles must be moved to the allocated trade parking area by then so the Public can safely enter the Showground.

The cost of a Shedded stand includes an erected 3m x 3m marquee on the busy Northern Avenue located in blocks 13 and 15 or in block 27 on the Jubilee Avenue. Exhibitors are issued with a minimum allocation of six one-day exhibitor wristbands, with additional wristbands allocated according to stand size. Two trade vehicle parking passes and free access to the Show's Wi‑Fi are also included. Shedded stands are an aluminium framed tent with three PVC walls and a pull across front curtain. These provide an easy way to minimise set-up time and effort. Can be ordered in increments of 3m to a maximum of 9m of frontage. There is also an option to book as a package which includes a 16 amp electrical connection. Banner rails and flooring available at an additional cost.

Located between Blocks 31 and 32, these Shedded Stands include an erected 3m x 3m marquee and banner rail. Two trade vehicle parking passes and free access to the Show's Wi‑Fi are also included. Shedded stands are an aluminium framed tent with three PVC walls and a pull across front curtain. These are an easy option if you wish to minimise set up time and effort. Can be ordered in increments of 3m to a maximum of 6m of frontage. There is also an option to book as a package which includes a 16 amp electrical connection. Flooring available at an additional cost.

Local Produce Market: New Forest Marque, Hampshire Fare and Hampshire Farmers' Markets members are eligible to exhibit in this fantastic area, a showcase of local produce which also hosts a very popular Cookery Demonstration Theatre. Shedded stands are available within this busy and locally themed part of the Show, as well as space-only (non-shedded) pitches within the dedicated Food Court. For those selling food or drink there are two categories. The first is for the promotion and sale of products intended for consumption at home, with tasters permitted. The second is for the sale of products intended for immediate on-site consumption, i.e. 'food or drink to go', and the Show reserves the right to make the final decision as to which category a product falls. Exhibitors must comply with current food hygiene and food safety regulations. Exhibitors are issued with an allocation of one-day exhibitor wristbands, together with two trade vehicle parking passes and free access to the Show's Wi‑Fi. All stands must be manned from 8.00am to 6.30pm daily. N.B. Access for vehicles onto the Showground closes at 7.45am on Show days and all vehicles must be moved to the allocated trade parking area by this time to allow the public to enter the Showground safely.

Located within the Local Produce Market, stands in the New Forest Marque Inspired Marquee are available exclusively to members of New Forest Marque Inspired. Exhibitors are issued with an allocation of one-day wristbands, a table, two trade vehicle parking passes and free access to Show's Wi-Fi. All stands must be manned from 8.00am - 6.30pm daily. N.B. Access for vehicles onto the Showground is closed at 7.45 am on Show days and all vehicles must be moved to the allocated trade parking area by then so the Public can safely enter the Showground.

Space is eligible to exhibitors who hand-make and sell their own craft products. If your products are mass produced or imported please consider applying for the Shopping Pavilions. All craft tent stands include 3m x 3m of exhibition space with wooden panel fence dividers between the stands which creates a defined space. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a backdrop for their stand. Exhibitors are issued with a minimum allocation of six one-day exhibitor wristbands, with additional wristbands allocated according to stand size. Two trade vehicle parking passes and free access to the Show's Wi‑Fi are also included. All stands must be manned from 8.00am - 6.30pm daily. N.B.
