Grass pitch. Area to include guy ropes, railings, vehicle/trailer unit space, surrounding space etc. Vehicles are only allowed on a Stand where necessary to operation. Exhibitors will be notified when their application has been accepted and those unsuccessful will receive a refund. Exhibitors selling alcohol must have their own TENS license.

Craft Marquee is for small scale, self made products only, e.g. greetings cards, jewellery and small home furnishing items. Set size to include a 6ft table and chair. There will be no tables down the centre of the marquee in 2026 and exhibitors are not allowed to display goods on the floor in front of their table (this causes a trip hazard) .
We support locally produced products and Traders. Please be aware all traders need be set up by 8.30am with all vehicles off site. No vehicles are allowed to move on or off site before 5pm. Please ensure you have a Risk Assessment with Fire procedures, Menu price list & Tender price with your application. All staff will need to have tickets, these are allocated on the size of your stand. Smaller Catering stands = 4 staff tickets, Large Catering stands = 8-10 tickets. Vehicle passes will be provided to be displayed on all vehicles on site. Please ensure all rubbish and waste is taken away and not placed in show bins. We promote recycling and are working towards no single use plastics, priority will be given to traders with policies to help the environment. If you are selling Alcohol you will need your own TENS licence.
