Educational Exhibitor (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Free stand space for exhibitors offering an educational learning activity or experience focused on food, farming and the countryside.

General Trade- Outdoor Stand (Purchases open on 01/01/2025 at 08:00)

Open ground space – all exhibitors must provide their own marquee or gazebo. Please note we receive many applications and we will only accept a limited number of stands selling similar products to ensure the best experience for our exhibitors and visitors to the event.

Food, Drink & Craft Trade- Outdoor stand (Purchases open on 01/01/2025 at 08:00)

Food, Drink and Craft trade stands- Indoor Stand (Purchases open on 01/01/2025 at 08:00)

Units sold on a ‘space only’ basis. No tables or chairs are provided unless pre ordered. We do not supply table cloths. Please note we receive many applications and we will only accept a limited number of stands selling similar products to ensure the best experience for our exhibitors and visitors to the event. Stands will be located within the Epic and EXO Centre along with educational stands.

Catering Concession (Purchases open on 01/01/2025 at 23:00)

To provide a catering concession at Countryside Lincs we ask for all exhibitors: • To pay a £150+vat deposit at the time of booking to secure your space. • Agree to pay commission payable to the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society on all net sales in the sum of 22.5%, by supplying proof of sale via on the day receipts. • Order any electrical requirements prior to the event. • Include copies of the following with your application: Risk Assessments, Public Liability, Sale of Alcohol Form/Hospitality form (if applicable). • When stating the required size of your pitch, please ensure the space is large enough to fit the unit including space allowing for hatches and tow bars.
