Open Ground Trade Stands (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Open Ground trading is perfect for individuals and companies wishing to trade from their own dedicated space. Exhibitors responsible for supplying own cover. Cost includes stand space for both days. Includes 2 x Wristbands 1 x Vehicle Pass
Early Bird Food Hall (Login / Register to Submit Application)
In the marquee will be bays of 10' frontage x 8' depth. Included 2 x weekend wristbands and 1 x Vehicle Pass and promotion on Country Fest social media. Early Bird £145 + VAT available until 21st March. Please note all applications will be reviewed to ensure a good mix of traders in the food hall.
Shopping Marquee (Login / Register to Purchase)
10' frontage x 8' depth Selling or promoting non-craft goods. Included 2 weekend wristbands & 1 weekend vehicle pass and promotion on Country fest social media.
Craft Marquee (Login / Register to Purchase)
For individuals and companies wishing to sell craft products. In the marquee will be bays of 10' frontage x 8' depth. Included 2 x weekend wristbands and 1 x Vehicle Pass and promotion on Country Fest social media.
Food Court (Purchases have closed)
The Food Court is for the sale of food and drink for direct consumption on the showground. Individual stands will be grouped as appropriate to offer as wide range of food as possible for the consumer. Seating, including covered areas, will be available throughout the showground. Once applications close all are reviewed by the committee in early March and concessions awarded to give a good variety and mix of food offerings. The fee payable is 20% of turnover (net of VAT if applicable). On acceptance a deposit invoice will be raised . This must be paid within 14 days or we reserve the right to offer the pitch out again. Included 2 x weekend exhibitor wristbands, 2 x trader vehicle passes.

Horticultural & Floral Art (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Housed in a marquee with grass surface in bays of 10' x 8', Trading with in the Horticultural area is an excellent opportunity to meet current and potential customers. Horticultural and Floral Art area incorporating Schools Growing Challenges, Floral Art Class Exhibits, Plant Stalls etc. Included 2 x weekend exhibitor wristbands & 1 weekend exhibitor vehicle pass.
