Show Description

Exhibitors please note the following:
- All exhibits for prizes must have been grown by the exhibitor.
- In the interests of the public exhibitors are requested to name varieties wherever possible.
- The Judges are empowered to withhold Prizes where the exhibits are considered unworthy and their decision shall be final.
- Unless otherwise stated all vases, dishes, stands etc. are to be provided by the exhibitor. Tabling only is provided by the Society. Anyone requiring assistance with staging should contact the Secretary.
- All essential pass holding vehicles must be on the Showfield by 8.30am. No movement of vehicles will be permitted after 8.30am.
- Judging will commence at 9.30am prompt. All exhibits must be staged by 9.00am
- Prize money will be paid out in the Horticulture tent between 3.00pm and 4.30pm on production of the exhibitors entry listing sent prior to show
- Exhibits may only be collected after 4.30pm.
- Exhibits may be staged from 5.00pm on Friday evening prior to the show. Electric lighting will be provided in the Horticultural tent after 6.00pm

Prize Money (except classes 1 and 117): First £6.00 Second £4.00 Third £2.00
The LANGBAURGH ROSE BOWL (to be held for one year) will be awarded to the Exhibitor gaining the most points in the Horticulture Section (excluding class 1) (First - 3 points, Second - 2 points, Third - 1 point)
A Special Prize value £5.00 will be awarded to the best entry in each of the following sections - Chrysanthemums, Dahlias, Other cut flowers (including roses), Pot plants, Fruit, Vegetables.
