Carcase Cattle

Show Description

All Cattle must be entered in both Hoof and Hook classes.
Maximum live weight in 650kgs.
All consignors must check the passport details are correct prior to arriving at the show.
**NEW FOR 2025** Cattle will now be weighed the day before the show. All cattle will need to be at Thainstone Centre by 3pm on Tuesday 25th February.
Cattle will be judged on the Hoof at the Show and on the Hook at Morrison's Woodhead, Turriff the following day.
Entrants are invited to view the cattle carcases on Thursday 27th February at 6pm prompt at the Turriff premises of Morrisons Woodhead, Turriff.
The presentation of the carcase prizes will follow after Stovies are served to which all entrants of carcases are welcome.
*PLEASE NOTE* Consignors must have a Morrison's Account set up by 1st February and be a member of the Farm Assurance Scheme.
