REGULATIONS
All exhibits must be the work of the exhibitors only.

NO EXHIBIT ALLOWED WHICH HAS PREVIOUSLY WON A PRIZE AT PENRITH
2AGRICULTURAL SHOW.
The Committee do not hold themselves responsible for any loss or damage to
3exhibits, but every reasonable care will be taken.
If there are less than 4 entries in any Class the judge will decide which prizes will be
4awarded.
Any exhibits not shown in the proper Class will be disqualified.

Exhibits to be staged by 9.30am on the morning of the Show. EXHIBIT LABELS AND
6REMOVAL TICKETS will be available from 8.00am. The marquee will be closed for judging from 10.00am to 12.30pm and will close again at 4.30pm after which time the exhibitors must remove their exhibits. No responsibility can be accepted for exhibits not removed by 5.00pm. NO EXHIBITS TO BE REMOVED BEFORE 4.30pm.
Exhibitors to provide their own vases, etc.

After judging, the exhibits will be cordoned off to prevent them from being handled
8by visitors to the Show.
All prize money to be collected in the HMHG Marquee on Show Day from 4.30pm.

Presentation of the Cups at 4.00pm.
