Horses to be in the showyard by 8.30am prompt.
A traffic management plan will be publicised in The Orcadian prior to the show and must be followed by all exhibitors.
Judging starts at 9am prompt, with the exception of Heavy Horses with judging after Light Legged Ridden.
Please Note:
If you require separate pens for stallions, you must come to the show park on Friday 11th to set up your own pens. Please contact the secretary prior to arrange a suitable time.
Mares with Foal at Foot will be judged irrespective of Foals.
All foals must be led in the Judging Ring.
Horses and Ponies must wear neck numbers issued and remain in stalls until judging completed.
Horses may be entered in multiple classes but please be aware that classes may clash. Unfortunately due to judging time restraints classes cannot be held for you and you may be asked by a steward to make a decision which class to go forward for if this issue arises.
