Event Description
This year the 137th Orkney County Show will be held on Saturday 9th August 2025 at the Bignold Park, Kirkwall.
Showcasing high quality livestock with sections in cattle, sheep, horses, goats, poultry and dogs as well as action packed entertainment, there really is something for everyone, of all ages!
With over 100 trade stands highlighting and promoting the first class local produce and crafts that we are fortunate to experience here in Orkney, you will most definitely be spoilt for choice.
As the last agricultural show in the Orkney calendar it really is one not to miss!
*Please note only members are eligible to exhibit and must have purchased a members wristband prior to show day. These can be bought from various places from 1st June onwards including Orkney Auction Mart, Birsay Farmers, William Shearers, Papdale Stores, Bruces Stores, Argos Bakery Stromness, Dounby Post Office, Mistra Shop Evie, Holm Post Office and committee members.
