We process your personal data as it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you to facilitate your entry to the Show. We will not transfer your data outside of the EEA (European Economic Area) and will not share your data with third parties, except for Breed Societies and/or affiliated Societies and Equine Events, to whom we submit entries and results, to be checked for validity and eligibility based on their legitimate interests. Results will also be circulated with members of the Press and published on our website. We retain your data in accordance with our retention schedule to simplify future applications. You have various rights in the data we hold including rectification and objecting to processing.
This show is affiliated to Equifest, taking place at Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire on the 1st – 4th August 2024. The two highest placed exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify.
PRIZE MONEY
Prize money can only be collected on Show Day from the ON-SITE PRIZE MONEY OFFICE.
Prize money will NOT be available from the Show Office, unless you finish competing after 5pm.
Prize money not collected at the Show will be deemed a donation to the Society.
CUPS AND TROPHIES
Winners of Cups and Trophies are asked to collect and sign for them in the Cup office on Show Day. A FREE engraving service is available on Show Day, visit Steve’s Engraving in front of the Food Hall. Winning exhibitors are asked to make their own arrangements for engraving Cups and Trophies. All Cups and Trophies, unless stated, are perpetual and are to be held for the period between Shows. All Cups and Trophies, unless stated, must be returned clean, in good condition and in time for presentation at the 2024 North Somerset Show.
If not collected on Show Day, the Society is not responsible for delivering cups to winners.
