Show Description

Notes to Exhibitors
1. All exhibits will be judged on Saturday 20 September 2025.
2. Entries must be place between 1pm and 7pm on Friday 19 September free of charge or before 9am on Saturday 20 September if attending the show with a purchased ticket.
3. All entries must remain until Sunday 21 September 2025 at 4pm. Any entry not collected by 6pm will become the property of the Society.
4. The Society takes no responsibility for damage or loss of any exhibit once judging has been completed.
5. Home Produce classes and children’s sponge cake must be accompanied with a list of all ingredients used as they will be tasted during judging.
6. Flowers to be exhibited in green vases, that will be provided, unless otherwise stated.
7. Table covering and blocks maybe used to enhance the community entry. (Table size 183cm x 75cm (6ft x 2.4ft)).
8. Children’s classes – If entry numbers permit the classes will be split in to age specific groups.
9. Prize Cards will be awarded 1st to 4th place.
10. There will be no entry tickets provided with entry to these classes.
11. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in the structure
