Exhibitors should read carefully the ‘Guidance for Exhibitors’ at the front and the ‘Show Regulations and Information’ at the back of the schedule.
Please Note: by making an entry, the exhibitor is making an agreement to comply with all the Newark & Nottinghamshire Agricultural Society Conditions & Regulations.

Entry Closing Date: 20th August 2026 for club stands
Entries should be made as early as possible, only those received before the closing date will be catalogued, judged, and allocated space accordingly.
