Vintage Tractor Display - Sunday

Show Description

1. All tractors to enter through east gate (Maud side) and await convenors instructions, do not park until instructed
2. ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVING LICENCE. No person without a valid driving licence shall drive a vehicle within the Showfield.
3. Only passengers over the age of 13 shall ride on vehicles and only on those with manufacturers provided passenger seating.
3. Please apply with all rules and no unnecessary moving of vehicles until authorised.
4. Each tractor will be positioned in manufacturer category, please comply with this.
5. Entry passes will be issued on arrival at the showground. No passes will be issued prior to show day.
6. One entry pass admits one vehicle and driver. Any additional passengers will have to pay the show day admit fee.
7. All Exhibitors must provide a valid Certificate of Motor Insurance for their vehicles or a Public Liability Insurance Certificate for any stationery engines.
8.. All exhibits must be on site and stationery by 10.00am on Sunday. Engines that are running must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult and never be left unattended.
9. Depending on the amount of entries, only prize winners may be asked to parade in the main ring.

Indemnity
By entering, competitors agree to waive all claims against the promoting Organisers and their Officials or for any damage to or loss of any vehicle, its parts or accessories, for any damage caused by a vehicle entrant. Competitors entering or driving a passenger taking part, shall hereby waive any right of action at Law against the Organisers and their Official Representatives or Agents with respect to these regulations or to any matter arising therefrom.
