MMT 2026 Fun Ride

Fun ride across the scenic countryside and moorland on the Exmoor Forest Estate, Simonsbath, to raise funds for the Moorland Mousie Trust and Exmoor Pony Centre. The ride features private farmland, forest tracks, bridleways and open moorland. The route is similar to the previous year, however a section has been modified to reduce the amount of gates and to add in an extra canter track.
The route will be marked and stewards will be placed strategically throughout, ensuring that all riders are making their way around the route safely.
Each rider will receive a rosette on completion of the ride.
There is a long route of around 12 miles and a short route of around 6 miles.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks, cakes, crisps are available at an extra cost, card or cash will be accepted.
All proceeds from the day will go to the Moorland Mousie Trust.
