For new agricultural and machinery exhibitors to the show to submit an application. The cost will be allocated after the application has been submitted and accepted. Upon application, a risk assessment is required and minimum £5million public liability cover ahead of the show.

Opportunity for 2023 exhibitors to book the same exhibition space for 2024. The space must be booked and paid for in full no later than 31 March 2024. If not received by this date the booking will automatically be moved onto an increased rate. The cost will be allocated after the application has been submitted and accepted. BY INVITATION ONLY - 6m x 3m space Location to be advised closer to the show Non-refundable deposit of £200.00 due at the time of confirmation to secure your stand. Concession fees will be payable at the rate of 22.5% of gross turnover and payable within 14 days of receiving the invoice. A till receipt must be submitted at the end of the show. Sales figures may be subject to audit if you fail to do so.
