Rules
1 No exhibitor will be awarded more than one prize in any one class.
2 Grain and fodder etc must be staged on Saturday 19th August by 12 noon with the judging taking
place on that day at 2.30pm
3 In classes with only one entry, the chief steward reserves the right to award only a second prize, if in the opinion of the judge the entry is of insufficient merit to warrant a first prize. No second prize will be awarded in classes where there are less than 3 entries.
4 The Society will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise, whether by fire, accident or otherwise.
5 Any prize money not collected on show day will be forfeited
