The Livestock Area is the largest part of the Show and at the heart of our agricultural roots, attracting hundreds of exhibitors from across the South West and beyond. Our livestock competitions are keenly contested, with exhibitors competing for the top prizes. The Sheep Section continues to grow year on year, with over 1200 entries at our last Show, while our Cattle Section has grown to rival multi-day shows in both quantity and quality. Alongside Cattle and Sheep, the area features Pygmy Goats, Heavy Horses, Pigs and Poultry, ensuring there is always plenty to see and enjoy throughout the day. While the Livestock Area is particularly important to our farming community, it is also a huge attraction for the general public, especially families and younger visitors.
