Our Members Marquee is at the very heart of the show. Positioned centrally right next to the Main Ring providing a private viewing area on to the entertainment. Private catering and a bar is available for your guests to purchase food and drink. 20 show day tickets are provided for you and your guests to enjoy quick entry and access to the marquee throughout the day. The marquee provides a fantastic base for you to meet our members and fellow sponsors and meet your clients. Maximum exposure is offered through our website and our social media channels and a full page colour advert is included in our programme and guide.

Our Presidents Lounge is a private area located within our members and sponsors Marquee. 10 show day tickets will be provided for you. 6 of these will be joining the President and his guests for a complimentary lunch and drinks whilst enjoying a private viewing area of all the main ring entertainment. A full page colour advert in our programme and guide is included and of course exposure through our website and social media channels. A fantastic package which gives you a lovely show day experience for you and your guests, family, clients or staff.

Our show tickets come in three types, that being online, advanced and on the gate. Sponsors of the tickets will have their logo featured on all three versions. Tickets purchased online will be sent digitally for scanning on the day. Advanced tickets are physically sent to our members, sponsors and traders. They are also available to purchase from 16 outlets across Devon. Of course on the day tickets are available from our box offices situated on the Show Field. On average 15,000 tickets end up in circulation and offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with our visitors. Lots of other show benefits come with this great package.

The Food & Drink Marquee is possibly the most popular part of the show. Over 50 traders from all over the South West bring together an amazing mix of food and drink. The Countryside Area is packed full of exhibits and demonstrations that celebrate the Devon area. A fun area which is popular with young families in particular. From ponies to birds of prey and of course the famous ferret racing takes place here. The Main Ring is the focal point of the show. With entertainment throughout the day this attracts the biggest audience on Show Day. The Show would simply not happen without the help of our Volunteers. Each year we are supported by hundreds of local people who help put on our wonderful event. The Magpie Marquee has grown in size and popularity. With over 50 traders providing an eclectic mix of products from all over the South West. Our weekly email is sent to thousands of people who are involved with the show. From exhibitors and sponsors to the general public all receive a weekly Friday email. Our Exciting Music Fest has grown in size and popularity over the last few years. With local performances throughout the day offering a diverse selection of genres. The beautiful Flower & Garden Marquee fills the area with wonderful colour and scent. Traders are joined by exhibitors who compete in our competition in all different sorts of categories. Our Craft Marquee is full of traders who manufacture their items from raw materials and has grown in size and popularity over the last few years. A brand new area to the show brining together Food & Drink traders in an outdoor area which we expect to be very popular. The Young Farmers Marquee is full of fun and exhibits displaying work from all our local Clubs. The brand new Dog Ring was introduced as a casual Dog Show in 2019. We were so delighted at how successful this was that it is now a main feature within the show ground. Not only does the Dog Show continue with prizes for everyone, but we have also added dog demonstrations to the line up. Parking Hangers are provided to hundreds of visitors who require vehicle entrance to the show. Traders, Exhibitors and Show Members are all provided with a hanger to ensure they experience hassle free entrance to the car parking areas. Your Logo and company details will appear on the Hangers giving you excellent exposure. The ever popular classic vehicle area continues to be a big draw for all our visitors. A wide range of vehicles join us each year from buses to motorbikes and luxury cars to ex service vehicles. This large area allows for a great opportunity to erect banners, flags and other large promotional items. The Church Marquee and area is a lovely part of the show. Offering a peaceful and relaxed area for families to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show. Refreshments are available along with baby changing and a private area for mums to be with baby. Located right in the centre of Blue Field and surrounded by traders. Making this a busy and popular entertainments area. A full day of events will be planned drawing crowds in to the ring. All Trade Stands are automatically entered in to a competition for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in their designated area. Making its debut at the 2024 show and what an amazing event this turned out to be. Teams from across the South West competed for the top prizes and watched by thousands of show visitors. The busy show bus stop welcomes thousands of visitors to the show ground via our FREE bus service. Attracting entrants from all over the South West our Tractor Exhibition has become a must for all those vintage enthusiasts. With around 30 to 40 exhibitors each year we are thrilled to hold this part of the show each year. Unique to the Mid Devon Show we welcome companies from around the area to demonstrate their latest machines. Always a big crowd puller and a very popular area with our farming community. Involving schools from across the Mid Devon Area we attract hundreds of entrants with their fabulous art work.
