CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS OF ENTRY
The Poultry Show is held under a General Licence in respect of the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (England) Regulations 2006
Show will be run according to Poultry Club of G.B Rules
The judging of classes will commence at 10.00am prompt. Classes may be split or amalgamated at the discretion of the judge, whose decision is final.
The Championship Presentation will take place in the Poultry Marquee. Please ensure that if you are required for the presentation you are available at the time advised by the Poultry Secretary. Failure to be forward at this given time will disqualify the winner from awards.
Please note all birds must be penned by 8.30am. Due to Health & Safety regulations all vehicles MUST then immediately be removed into car parks. The organisers reserve the right to remove vehicles still on site after this time. No birds will be admitted once judging commences. Birds should be left with adequate food and water and can be collected on foot between 4.30 and 6.00pm. Cars cannot be admitted to the showground before 5.45pm.
Veterinary officers will be in attendance throughout the show.
All exhibitors must be in possession of a valid ticket for entry to the showground. These may be purchased in advance with submitted entry forms for Adults at £15.00. Free entry for Children Under 15. One free entry ticket for every £7.50 worth of entries.
