Show Description

The closing date for entries in this Section is – FRIDAY 14TH AUGUST 2026.
STRICTLY NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN ON SHOW DAY.
**** Due to the current widespread Equine Flu outbreak all horses/ponies must be up to date with their vaccinations on show day. Annual vaccines are acceptable. Passports must be uploaded at the point of entry, on the day spot checks will be completed. ***

Exhibitors should allow for traffic hold-ups. All livestock exhibited in this section should enter the Showground through Gate C – Conistone Bridge.
All Main Ring Horse Events commence at 8.30 a.m.

8.30 a.m. RIDDEN HORSES CLASSES BEGIN
9am MOUNTAIN and MOORLAND CLASSES BEGIN
9am WORKING HUNTER CLASS BEGINS
9am NOVICE EQUINE RIDDEN CLASSES BEGIN
NOVICE EQUINE IN HAND CLASSES will not begin before 1pm

Exhibitors are asked to read the timetable to avoid clashes in the timing of classes they enter.

Rosettes presented to all Prize Winners in Heavy Horse Classes.

Rosettes will be presented in all classes to 6th place.
Prize money will be awarded to the first 4 places. Prize money must be claimed on Show Day.

Competitors are strongly advised to only bring horses to the show that have undertaken an Equine Influenza vaccination course, and are up to date with their boosters/injections.

Entry Fee £10.00 FOR ALL MAIN RING CLASSES (C10 – C26)
Entry Fee £7.00 FOR ALL CLASSES IN THE ELEANOR TOMLINSON RING (C29 – C47)
