Show Description

The 2024 Herts show has now been made a 2 day show, due to heavy traffic & Radio one have a big music Festival just 2 miles down the road on our show days.

Docking, Current legislation requires that lambs must have sufficient tail retained to cover the vulva of a female sheep and the anus of the male sheep.
Sheep will be inspected in the lines by the show's veterinary officer.

All sheep in breed classes must be eligible for registration in the breed society flock book.
Straw will be provided.
All prize winning sheep are expected to enter the grand parade either Saturday or Sunday.
A Award of a case of beer will be made to the best Exhibitor's stand within the sheep lines.
