Show Description

All preserves to be made and bottled at home.
One jar of preserve, minimum of 12oz (340g) will constitute as an entry (lemon curd to be 210z maximum)
Jars to have plain covers, i.e. No Trade Names.
All entries in Bread, Pastries, Cakes and Biscuit classes are to be home made.
All Bread, Pastries, Cakes and Pastries to be cut and sampled by the Judge, unless otherwise stated.

Terston Geddie labels for class entries will be given out on the morning of the show.
Exhibits must be on the show ground no later than 10am and none will be received after due to the tent being closed for judging.
No exhibitor can remove their goods or prize cards until after 4pm.
