Vintage Tractors

Show Description

We are once again thrilled to invite Vintage Tractor owners to exhibit their vehicles at Devon County Show. Interested owners should please complete an entry taking note of the following points.

• ONLY TRACTORS THAT ARE ROAD LEGAL CAN BE PARADED
• Only tractors & machinery WITHOUT TRACK LAYERS can be exhibited or paraded.
• Due to time limitation in the programme, the number of tractors/implements included in the daily parade will be at the discretion of the Show Manager and Feature Steward.
• Entry for exhibitors delivering their tractor/implement to the Showground will be between 8.00am and 5.00pm on Wednesday 15th May (unless by prior agreement).
• Exhibits will not be allowed to leave the Showground until after the Show closes on:
SATURDAY 18TH MAY AT 6.00PM or as directed by the Feature Steward.
• Each exhibitor will be allocated a Pre-Show vehicle pass.
• Each exhibitor will be issued with 3 x Any One Day exhibitor tickets (free of charge) on Wednesday 15th May, when the tractor arrives at the Show. This allocation is for the driver of the tractor. If you would like to purchase up to 3 additional tickets per exhibit, these can be purchased from the Feature Steward, when you arrive on Wednesday 15th May at the cost of £5.00 per ticket, per day.
• Cars will not be allowed on the Showground on Show days but can be parked free of charge in the public car parks.
• If you would like a permit for the EXTERNAL Caravan Park, please tick the box.
• If you would like a permit for the EXTERNAL caravan park please ensure to add this when prompted on the entry form. The caravan permit will be provided with your exhibitor tickets, by the Features Steward (Maurice Retallick) on Wednesday 15th May, when you arrive at the Show. PLEASE NOTE: Caravan Park passes can only be allocated if ordered in advance so please ensure that you tick the box when completing the form.
• Photographs and/or film footage will be taken at this event. These images may be used by the Devon County Agricultural Society, its subsidiaries (including but not limited to Devon County Show) and show sponsors in the following ways:
● Printed publicity
● Online publicity (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & Twitter)
● Website use – (DCAA, its subsidiaries or sponsors)
● Any other fair use in marketing and promoting the Devon County show by ourselves and our sponsors.
They will be stored securely and will not be kept for longer than they are needed for the purposes listed above. If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed, please speak to the photographer on the day or contact the show office.
